This is the site I got my personalized hay box from..they also have toy boxes and beds..I think they're SO cute! Oh, I love the Chinchilla Beds, they are so cute! And the toybox looks cute too... I guess you do need to find some room for it though.

I tried to order the personalized hay boxes once... they took my money and never answered any of my emails or sent the hay boxes to me....
I did end up getting my money back but it took over two months going through the paypal resolution center.
Fair warning for everyone..

The whole site looks suspicious to me, or at least not doing business anymore. Did anybody else notice that most, if not all of the pictures are not what the descriptions say they are? I wouldn't order from this site as it stands now. Sarah  |

I'm not crazy about the lavish use of metal staples on the house and tunnel. Angel, you prob got a great haybox....in fact I think I remember seeing a picture....it was so cute!!!
Something def seems wrong here....strange pictures.

Well, I don't know anything about this shop, just googled for the name, when first link didn't work. But on the working page is a note: I have recently gone back to work, so I no longer run the store full-time. If interested in our products, email me at tn_chinchillas@comcast.net with your interests, and I will get you a total and a timeline (for the products I make) based on my current schedule.Would say, that could be the reasons for the new page (in freewebs!) AND unprofessional way. But I would also not order there, when they are so unreliable to not even answer to emails! By the way - it's very easy to personalize those wood stuff yourself. It's working also with a soldering iron. I myself have the "real" tools for making "wood-art" (looks the same like a small soldering iron - just don't get so hot I guess) - but unfortunately we don't have many nice Chinchilla wood toys and accessories in Germany. I dont like the look of those toys atall, they are very quickly made and cheap by the looks of it, the staples are a hazzard as they could be chewed out and swallowed, they are not very well joined either. The stuff im working on for what im hoping to produce in the future should be completely safe with no obvious joins or Ghastly hardware like staples.
I wish i had the money right now to start producing, but it is gonna cost me a good £200 to get my tools.
