Ann Yep she does a wonderful job and she is really in touch with her customers, her perspective customers spending lots of her energy on F book and forums. She has really come a long way with her choice of products and her speedy and courteous service. Some things ( like dust) were too much because of shipping , but her base prices are really good. I live on the other coast from her so thanks to the post office I can only order certian things. Her dust was reasonable ..really good price and shipping was 4 times the amount of the dust. Thanks for posting this for the members Ann Jamie

This order will be good until the end of August. Ann

In some cases site will say this but still ship to Canada. Guess I'll ask. From what I can see they are in New York and I am in Ottawa, it's really not far, unless it's a question of customs etc.. I would not be ordering anything large like cages or anything, just treat and chews. Anyone know any good Canadian sites? The one I have been using is Flower Town Chinchillas (http://www.chinchilla.ca/store.php) Great store but always nice to have a couple for variety.

I don't know, but I could ask. Ann I did ask, Jean said that if you put that you are part of Lucky's Wonder of Chinchillas in the notes on Paypal, she will. She's made the policy because it is expensive to ship to other countries, even close ones, and people become upset. I would check with her about the shipping price first. Ann

Oh how I would love to be able to order from this and other sites in the US. Everything is so much cheaper than here. Not to mention the wider choice of items. The cost of shipping makes it no longer worth it....boo hoooooo

Love, Ann Sarah this has come up at the other forum alot and Charlie ( charlotte) listed a few good sites in the UK I had never heard of, you probably know them though. Yes shipping even locally has gone up. The postal system is trying to make up for the loss of revenue due to people using email. jamie

Thank you Ann. It's not about needing, it's more about wanting to be able to enjoy the choice and prices! But I'll let you know if there is anything. And yes, Jamie there are a few good sites here, FEW being the word but like I said, the choice is nowhere near as great and the prices double. I grin and bear!

Britain seemed to be ahead of the United States in the keeping of chinchillas and it yet has less sites for supplies. I guess that's due to the extreme capitalism here. Love, Ann

There is capitalism here also. We are a much, much smaller country however. Maybe we do have the same number of sites per square mileage of land?! Explaining the few here lol

Explaining the few here lol That could very well be the reason. I usually think of the United States as being one of the most capitalist countries. It's just strange that the United Kingdom seems as if it has a lot less. Yet, you do have some foods that we don't. Ann
