Dr. Hess will usually do an after hours visit to the veterinary emergency animal clinic (407-644-4449)...call the emergency clinic and they will page him and wait for him to call back and then the emergency will call you to let you know when to bring your animal in...Dr. Hess will not come in until you are in the emergency clinic....when you call give as much info as you can but keep it brief....of course all of this comes at a very high price!!!!
